+ Do you take credit cards?

Yes we do accept all bank cards including Amex.

+ How long does the repair take?

Most repairs take no more than 30 min. If a repair is going to take longer, the technician will let you know the estimated repair time, before arriving.

+ Where do you make a repair?

We come to you whether you are at home, work or at a café. If you have an appropriate spot, we would usually work in the house or office. However, we are equipped to perform repairs in our vehicle. That was main place of work during toughest Covid-19 restrictions.

+ What is your coverage? Will you come to my house?

We cover big part of Perth metro. We go to places from Alkimos to Rockingham and Freo to Kalamunda. Check our coverage here.

+ Will I lose my data?

Data loss during our repairs is extremely unlikely. However, we always recommend you to back up, just in case. We don’t take responsibility for any loss of data, if it occurs.

+ Will my Apple warranty still be valid after repair with iFix Smartphones?

Yes – your warranty remains valid. In the court case ACCC vs Apple Pty Limited (Apple Australia) federal court ruled that customer can repair their device with third party repairers without voiding manufacturer warranty.

+ Do I get any warranty with the repair?

We offer 1 year warranty (excluding batteries with 3 months). This means, if the repaired part fails we will come and replace it for free. See warranty conditions here. You can lodge warranty claim on warranty@ifixsmartphones.com.au
